Physical fitness is an important goal for most of us; however, sometimes the pursuit of it comes at a high price tag. I spoke with fitness expert, Becky Fox, about how to maximize your weight loss options while minimize your bank loss options. At the end of the show, I share with you a great new site, Debitize, that helps you build your credit responsibly. It's a great resource for people who are new to credit or have had trouble managing it in the past.
