Warm Up Call with Kristen Fechtel & Colleen Gray
The journey to become a Financial Gym member for everyone starts with our Warm Up Call process. If you’ve been to our website, it’s the free call you’re encouraged to sign up for. Full disclosure, I am someone who would be unlikely to sign up for any free call, so if you’re someone who’s skeptical about it, I completely understand. Which is why today’s podcast is dedicated to the Warm-Up Call and educating more about the process for others who may not understand the need for it. Joining me are Colleen and Kristen who are both current Financial Gym clients and actively work as Warm-Up callers to share why they decided to become a warm up caller, what to expect on the call and why they love being on the other end of the warm up call process.
What are we drinking?
Colleen - Organic Spearmint Tea
Kristen - Iced Coffee with Oat Milk

Podcast Notes
Before the Warm-Up Call, they tried a few different types of initial booking processes. Even with lots of online information, there is only one way to answer some potential clients' deeply personal questions. They eventually landed on the Warm-Up Call and, at some point, decided to engage clients in the process. When The Gym is looking to hire contractors, they always turn to their own clients first.
As clients of The Gym, the Warm-Up Callers have first-hand experience in the program and can speak from their personal experience.
What happens when you book a Warm-Up call?
You're prompted to fill out a form and schedule a time with one of the team. The Warm-Up Caller will call you at the selected time. You'll chat about how you heard about The Gym and some background about the company and the 1-1 Accountability Program. If you decide to move forward, we'll discuss your goals and pair you with a trainer we think is a good fit and schedule your Financially Naked Session.
You don't need to know your specific numbers for the Warm-Up call; we're just covering the basics. It's not a sales-y call; it's an information session.
Money is the ultimate taboo, and you never know what you're walking into when
Colleen and Kristen both share some of their favorite, most surprising, and more challenging calls, from people asking if The Gym can make you a millionaire to entering their mom's phone number in the forum on accident.
The process is fun, and we have an excellent success rate with the matching process, but if you ever want to work with a different Trainer, you're always welcome to switch. No one has an ego about client transitions because we want clients to achieve their goals.
Some folks prefer to work with a Trainer with specific expertise, while others prefer to work with someone with a similar life experience.
At The Gym, there are clients from ages 17-75. Wherever you are on your financial journey, The Financial Gym is for you.
People often ask, 'How long should I work with a Financial Trainer?' The minimum commitment is three months, but six is where the magic starts to happen. It takes some time for your Trainer to get to know you. How long you should stay depends on what The Gym magic is for you. You can't delete your Financial Trainer like you can an app; having a human on your life team can be beneficial.
There is a money-back guarantee because we know our process works.
If you want to talk to Colleen, Kristen, or any other incredible Warm-Up call team, schedule a call today!
Takeaway: My biggest takeaway is that our warm up calls are free and a great safe space for you to learn more about the Gym, I hope you schedule one today.
