Financially Naked Update with Dylan

Shannon has done over 400 shows now and many listeners frequently ask about update episodes with past guests. You want to know how they’re doing and what they’ve been up to since they last spoke, so for the month of February, Shannon’s doing just that. She’s checking in with a number of past guests and you are not going to believe what they’ve been up to and where life has taken them since their last episodes.

Joining Shannon today is Dylan. Dylan is actually the listener who first requested that Shannon host more Financially Naked episodes and did one herself not too long ago. Dylan joins today to share how her life has changed dramatically since we last spoke and what’s in store for her this year.

Listen to Dylan’s original’s episode, which aired on February 21, 2020

What are we drinking?

  • Dylan first found and got involved with The Financial gym in 2017 when she first moved to Atlanta.

  • When they last checked in, Dylan was moving to Atlanta for a new job with a significant salary increase. At the time, she was looking into purchasing a home.

  • She did buy a home, but decided to move to Iowa. She was able to open her home to traveling nurses and in the Spring, sold the house.

  • She enjoyed her time in Atlanta, but the Midwest feels more like home. She’s in a great relationship that was long-distance when she lived in Atlanta. He has two daughters that are part of her life and she works from home now.
