Podcast Notes

This is my last podcast for 2014, so I took the opportunity to share what I share with clients, especially thoughts that I feel are important as we head into a new year. The beginning of a new calendar year offers us each a great time to reflect on the previous year and make a plan for the next year. I am not a fan of resolutions, but I am a big fan of plans.
